Shenandoah Apple Blossom Parade

 


On May 4th, ODCC will once again take part in the Shenandoah Apple Blossom Festival parade. This has always been fun for those who take part, and we'll head someplace nearby for a meal after the parade is over. Let's try to get many more cars this year than we had last year.



The parade is scheduled to begin at 1:30, but we need to be at the staging area by 1:00. We will meet at the Sheetz on Route 7, just east of Winchester (1683 Berryville Pike, Winchester, VA) at 12:30pm so we can make a 'pit stop' before the parade.  We will leave the staging area at 12:45 and caravan to the staging area as a group. And after the parade, we've been invited to stop by the Shawnee Springs Market, pick up a box lunch, and then head to NVCC member Jim McKay's place to socialize and nosh.

We currently have 15 slots reserved, but can get more if we need them. We'll post more information as we get closer to the event. If you have any questions, reach out to the Event Contact or ODCC's event coordinator.
