Weekday Wanderers - Lunch Run to Front Royal

A weekday lunch cruise, Monday November 20th, for all our members who are retired, or can get a Monday off from work. This is a weather permitting cruise.

We will meet at the 7-Eleven in Gainesville, head out 211 through Warrenton, then north on the nicely winding Rt. 688 to Rt. 55, and follow that into Front Royal for lunch at the highly recommended Vibrissa Beer (and Kitchen). We did this run last November, and the dozen or so people who went enjoyed both the drive and the lunch. Last year the weather was great, and we ate outdoors, but there's plenty of indoor seating if it's too cold this time.


The drive up will take about an hour and a quarter, and once we get off 211 it is a very enjoyable drive. 

Anyone interested should be at the 7-Eleven in Gainesville by 9:45, and be ready to leave there at 10:00 sharp, so we can beat the lunch rush. Or, if it's more convenient, feel free to meet us at the restaurant. The Google Maps route can be viewed at:
