ODCC has been invited to join the Northern Virginia Corvette Club for a special Corvette day at the Bealeton Flying Circus on September 18th. If you haven't been before, this is a lot of fun, and great entertainment for the kids or grand kids. Yes, you can drive your SUV if you have too many grand children to fit in the trunk of the Corvette! 😃 The Flying Circus is a throwback to a simpler time. It's an amazing group of pilots flying amazing vintage aircraft for 2 hours. NVCC has been doing this event for a few years, and everyone has a great time. Military and commercial airline pilots are among the volunteers who will fly these "magnificent machines" in front of you. Additionally, there is always a "guest pilot" with a high performance aerobatic flight. The show is quite simply a great way to spend a day. We (ODCC) will meet up and caravan down to the aerodrome together, but if it's more convenient for you to drive directly there don't be later than 1:30!
