We were notified on May 26, 2020 that the Town of Leesburg has cancelled all 4th of July celebrations including th parade. This event will not be rescheduled this year. ODCC will just have to make a bigger impact when we attend the 2021 version of the Leesburg 4th of July Parade!
Happy Independence Day!! This is our annual appearance in the Leesburg (VA) 4th of July Parade.
Last year we organized the largest group of Corvettes from ODCC and other clubs ever, with non-member Corvettes from as far away as Fredericksburg, Virginia and New Jersey.
For 2020, we would like to set a new record for the number of Corvettes in the parade.
Our ODCC rally point is the Frances Hazel Reid Elementary parking lot in Leesburg at 8:15 AM, with a prompt departure and cruise to Ida Lee Park at 8:30 AM.
The official staging and starting location of the parade is from 8-10 AM at Ida Lee Park in Leesburg, please plan to arrive at our rally point promptly.The parade start time is 10 AM sharp.
Additional details, as needed, will be emailed to everyone who signs up once we receive final details from the sponsor.
Participants will rally at Catoctin Elementary School after the parade to cruise to Monk's Barbecue in Purcellville for lunch.
