20th Anniversary Cruise
to the
National Corvette Museum
As part of the ODCC 20th Anniversary celebration, we are taking a cruise to the National Corvette Museum, June 2, 2025, thru June 6, 2025. In addition to a guided tour of the National Corvette Museum, we will have the opportunity to turn touring laps at the NCM Motorsports Park. Our itinerary will also include visits to the Buffalo Trace Distillery and the Woodford Reserve Distillery, Sightseeing in and around Bowling Green, and a possible side trip to The Tail of the Dragon, Churchill Downs, and the Louisville Slugger Museum. As usual, the cruise will travel through beautiful countrysides and we will enjoy great food at every stop
A detailed itinerary and links to hotel reservations and Touring Laps reservations will be provided to everyone who registers.
The tentative schedule is:
June 2 – Depart VA and travel to Lexington, KY stopping at Tamarack in West Virginia for lunch. Visit local tourist sites in Lexington as time permits. Hotel accommodations at Hilton Garden Inn, Lexington-Hamburg, 1973 Plaudit Place, Lexington KY 40509.
June 3 – Travel to Bowling Green for Touring Laps at the NCM Motorsports Park. Hotel Accommodations (June 3-5) Drury Inn & Suites, Bowling Green, 3250 Scottsville Road, Bowling Green, KY 42104
June 4 – Guided tour of the National Corvette Museum with lunch at the Stingray Grill. Group and individual photos outside the Museum and Assembly Plant. Visiting other local tourist sites such as the Duncan Hines House, the Bowling Green Aviation and Train Museums, and the Underground River as time permits.
June 5 - Travel to the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, KY and the Woodford Reserve Distillery in Versailles, KY.
- Optional side trips include Visit Churchill Downs Museum and the Louisville Slugger Museum in Louisville, KY.
- Travel to Tennessee to drive the Tail of The Dragon
Meet up at Hilton Garden Inn, Lexington-Hamburg, 1973 Plaudit Place, Lexington KY 40509 for overnight accommodations and dinner. Those doing the Tail of The Dragon will overnight at a hotel near the Tail of The Dragon.
June 6 - Travel to VA
The intent is to assemble a group to complete as much of the cruise as possible together, but we can also accommodate folks that, due to time constraints, can only participate in the Bowling Green events or choose the optional tours in place of the distillery tours.
Participants will be responsible for booking their lodging at hotels where we have reserved blocks of rooms with group rates. Participants will pay for the Museum tour on site. We have a block of time for the touring laps at the NCM Motorsports Park, but participants will make individual reservations using the link provided following registration. Fees for other events may have to be prepaid.

Please make your decision to participate soon, since the group hotel blocks close on May 2 and May 15, after which room rates will increase and availability may be limited.
