ODCC has been invited to join the Northern Virginia Corvette Club for a special Corvette day at the Bealeton Flying Circus on October 13th. If you haven't been before, this is a lot of fun, and great entertainment for the kids or grand kids. Yes, you can drive your SUV if you have too many grand children to fit in the trunk of the Corvette! 😃

The Flying Circus is a throwback to a simpler time. It's an amazing group of pilots flying amazing vintage aircraft for 2 hours. NVCC has been doing this event for a few years, and everyone has a great time. Military and commercial airline pilots are among the volunteers who will fly these "magnificent machines" in front of you. Additionally, there is always a "guest pilot" with a high performance aerobatic flight.  The show is quite simply a great way to spend a day. We (ODCC) joined in a couple of years ago and everyone had ton of fun. We will meet up and caravan down to the aerodrome together, but if it's more convenient for you to drive directly there don't be later than 1:30!

Oh, yes, for a fee you can purchase a ride in one of these very well maintained planes!

October 13,2024 ....  Preshow is 2p; airshow at 2:30P and done at 4p ..   

There is food  available for purchase at the airfield or bring a picnic lunch! 

The Flying Circus is located 14 miles SE of Warrenton, VA, and 22 miles NW of Fredericksburg, VA. Just off Rt 17, at 5114 Ritchie Road (Rt 644), in Bealeton. 

We will meet NVCC at the Royal Farms gas station at Rt 15 and Opal Rd, at. 10088 James Madison Hwy, Bealeton. Be there by 12:15 pm to cruise with the rest of the 'Vettes (and other cars).




Admission is normally $20 per adult, but if we can get a group of 20 people we get a discount to $15 per. Kids are $10 each.
