About this event
July 15th, 8:15 a.m. meeting time
Please join your fellow ODCC members and other Corvette enthusiasts on July 15th to support a very worthy cause. Willing Warriors is a 501 (c)(3) charitable organization offering cost-free getaways from the hospital environment where the warriors and their families can come to relax, spend quality time together, and reconnect. Their programs include more than 40+ cost-free educational and recreational activities, including seminars that address the issues of dealing with PTS and TBI.
Club members have attended the last several years and found it to be both fun and memorable. ODCC members who wish to attend should register here so we can all meet up and caravan to the location together. (Only one registration per car, please.) You will also need to register separately for the event itself. Gates open to pre-registered Corvettes at 9:00 am.
Advance registration is now open.
Pre-registration will be $20, day of show will be $25.

On-site registration is available from 8:00am to 9:00 am on the day of the show.
Rain date is August 5th
For those members who would like to caravan to Vettes for Vets event we will meet at the Chick-fil-A at Dulles Expo Center, 4201 Chantilly Shopping Center, Chantilly, VA 20151 at 8:15AM. We will leave Chick-fil-A promptly at 8:30AM so please be on time. If you are not there at 8:30 we will assume that you are traveling to the event on your own and will meet the club there.
Unlike previous years, this will not conflict with our July member meeting, which will take place on it's normal schedule on July 8th.
The Warrior Retreat at Bull Run is the flagship program of Willing Warriors. Our Retreat provides a much-needed break for our recovering service members at military hospitals in the National Capital Region. The daily routine of the long recovery process takes a heavy toll on the entire warrior family. The Retreat is a place where our “Willing Warriors” can get away from the hospital environment with their families to relax, enjoy quality time, and reconnect in a comfortable home-like setting. This respite helps to revitalize the mind, spirit, and soul; important aspects of the holistic healing process. The objective is that the entire family returns to their warrior’s recovery process feeling refreshed, inspired, and motivated to succeed in rebuilding the lives they wish to lead.
